The mission of Dauzat Vaults is to provide top quality and reasonably priced burial vaults and cemetery services. Our goals are met by exemplifying faith, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics towards families, which are the attributes that Dauzat Vaults has been founded upon.

A burial vault protects the casket from the weight of the soil and the elements that follow. Every Dauzat vault is poured from a high-strength six-bag mix with synthetic fiber, steel rebar, and a non-porous bonding compound — quadruple-reinforced, with walls that taper from 2½″ to 3″ in thickness. The National Concrete Burial Vault Association standard is 1½″ throughout.

Concrete Vaults

Concrete vaults are available in two styles: Flat-Top and Beveled Top. Five sizes are available: Oversized Adult, Standard Adult, Youth, Infant, and Cremation Vaults.

Vault and Concrete Quality

All concrete consists of high-strength six-bag mix concrete, synthetic fiber, steel rebar, and a non-porous bonding chemical compound, all of which provides for quadruple-reinforced concrete vaults.

Furthermore, the vault walls taper from 2½″ to 3″ in thickness, whereas the National Concrete Burial Vault Association standards are 1½″ throughout. This non-traditional vault composition resists high-impact stress due to pressure as well as the effects of freezing and thawing.

The chemical additive transcends pores on the microscopic level. Eliminating the concept of a lined burial vault, this additional reinforcement serves to inhibit the diffusion of water across the entire thickness of the vault walls. Essentially, our concept renders the vault both impermeable to water and provides maximum tensile strength.

Concrete Slabs

All concrete consists of steel reinforcement and synthetic fiber.

Concrete slabs can be poured over existing underground burials. This prevents the surface of the grave from caving in. Concrete slabs are also placed in order to create foundations for surface concrete vaults that will be entirely above ground. Concrete Slabs are also poured in place for tops and bottoms of brick tombs and other grave structures. More concrete covering a cemetery plot also means less grass maintenance.
